First thing's first, sorry it's such a small update!

.Expo.

Was fabulous, as per usual~ had a wonderful time with my bros  (most particularly my usual room buddies, who are always lovely for putting up with the general derp that is me x'D), and the other beautiful derps I cosplayed with~

Uncharted times were epic fun, Korra times were wrong in so many ways (mostly because Tahno), Free! times were fabulous, and xxxHolic times were perf (literally, still SO psyched by how much attention me and my brilliant Dando-bro got as Watanuki and Yuuko 8'D thank you again for cosplaying with me bibs )

And of course, there was the secret super special awesome thing me and my two ninja-bros cosplayed on sunday afternoon/evening >8D

CASUAL NARUTO. /shot

No srsly. I cosplayed Naruto, alongside my wonderful Sasuke and Sakura, and had a goddamn blast <3 I got to wear a hoodie that was so orange it was actually offensive, I got to eat Ramen, be loud an obnoxious, pester Sasuke, and make fun of Sakura's (beautiful) forehead. Best~

And then there was stress to do with travel on monday but with Rosie and Lou bros with me, it wasn't so bad, and I got home without too much hassle ^^ so that's that!

TL;DR - Expo rocked, yaaaaahhhh~

.General News.

I've gotten myself a job, even if it's a 0-contract hours position, so that's some positive news! Hoping it'll lead to something good also have a work experience placement interview for a UK heritage site, which will be helpful for getting the foot in the door for my future career, if I get it, so fingers crossed!

A lot of cosplay shit coming up, too, so look forward to that, guys!

.Possible Username Change.

Just a forewarning, I'm seriously considering changing my username - this one is kinda old and outdated now, as I've had it since I was... what? 13/14? And I'd like to change it, since I have the option without needing to delete my account now? I guess?

I'll probably post a warning journal like a week before I do it, if I do, but just a heads up that it might happen x'D

.Summer.

Well my holiday was fantastic, Rome was a dream come true~ Not much else to say about it, really? I intended to do a picture journal but alas I'm a derp and there's so much to update on now that it'd be kinda silly x'D But yes, amazing trip - saw all the things, touched all the history, ate yummy food, drank too much coffee, and probably did more walking than anyone has ever done. Ever.

.Con-Season.

Ayacon was also AMAIZNG. Like, I'm sad it was the last one, but also glad I was able to attend the final one because the atmosphere was just very nice 8D was great to be rooming with my bros~ And had many funtimes cosplaying High-school of the Dead, Avatar: LoK, Inception, and Modern!Assassins with them all   Best 8D

Alcon was also fantastic!! Baaah I missed everyone's faces so much in the gap between the two cons, it was silly! SO traveling down was a right pain, due to a load of ticket derp, but the moment I met up with Emily, and we derped together as John and Sherlock for the rest of the day, Johnning and generally being right an ambiguously-gay-duo. I was very happy~ <3 8D The following cosplays only made it more epic! Fem!Castiel on thursday evening with Sasha as my Dean, then SUPER AWESOME CANDY HOMO TIMES with Lou on friday as Yogi and Gareki from Karneval baaah so much fun getting to pester her all day haha, even though she looked like she hated it, she totally enjoyed it ;D
Big Vocaloid group on the friday night was also awesome, peacocking as Gakupo at all the people x'D ('have a snickers, you're a right diva when you're hungry' /cries) and generally loving on my beautiful friends for their beautiful faces~ Satruday was Vassalord day with Dando-bro as my Cherry, and dayum did we homo up that con x'D many thanks to Emily and Stephie for ruining the mood during a shoot by recreating our poses in the background /DYING
Saturday evening was Malfoy Family funtimes, with me as invading-Auntie-Bella <3 so much love to my dear bros for this group, and especially to Lou who terrified me by walking out from behind the door as unanticipated Lucius! You were perfectly haughty, bro x'D Still insist I was cosplaying Skrillex tho, and Bella is forever on the hunt for her 12th husband. Loki is still a strong contender, though ;D
Final day was Ittoki from Uta with the lovely Amala as Cecil, and Dando-bro as Tokiya, which was lovely! Not many photos alas, but we had fun, so that's all that matters~ Late-afternoon/mid-evening, I changed into Tenipuri cosplay with my bros Lou and Emily (SHITEN-HO-HO-HO-JI~ <3) and seriously. Never been so comfy in a cosplay - tennis uniforms, man xD we derped, played tennis, played catch, did laps and squats, and then hit up the party tennis-style ALSO SOME PEOPLE CRIED. Proud to say I wasn't one of them /shot (almost. Next time, probably xD)

SO yeah. All in all, good con-summer. I'll get back to my usual derpy journals of doom for each event from here on out.
Otherwise, uh... Oct expo is coming up? So I'm working on stuff for that - more on that later, though~
Still jobhunting... not much going, but hey-ho, chin up, someone will hire me sooner or later! xD

Was amazing. I had SO much fun with my groups, and seriously, it's been a while since I enjoyed cosplaying that much, so thank you guys <3 Special thanks go to sparrowhawk51, MsKitty77, xRosiex81, Jae3, flawlesscheese, and of course my lovely Canadian bro, Valdrein You guys all made this con and the cosplays I wore to it so much fun, so thank you~ /flail

Also MANY thanks to everyone who came and wished me a happy 21st, gave me hugs, and presents.

.The end of Uni, and my 21st Celebrations.

Finished uni on the 29th of May, which was... okay? x'D Idk, it felt odd to be finishing for good, but I guess at the end of the day I'd been psyching myself up for it for some time. Met up with my friend Beth for a photoshoot (as... dundunduuun MYSELF) on the day I was travelling home for end of uni/belated birthday celebrations, which was lovely - you might even see pics from it, idk x'D But celebrations with the family were fun, and upon returning for my last week in my Uni house, I was able to have Thorki funtimes with my Dando-bro ;D <3 aww yis. And belated celebrations along with Devil May Derp funtimes for the final few days with my lovely Lady and Nero ;A;

.Graduation and Results.

Well I passed uni, and with a pretty high grade, too! Not to mention getting an award for my dissertation, too - so all in all, a good 3 years? I've changed a lot since attending Uni, but really I think it's all been for the better and I wouldn't change a thing even if I had the chance. There's been ups and downs but everything happens for a reason and hey, I've come out with some amazing friends, a good qualification, some brilliant experiences, and a better idea of where I'm going to take myself career-wise. So... time well spent? Time well spent.
Graduation itself was two days ago, and it was amazing~ lovely to see my uni friends again, and to just spend a day feeling utterly proud of myself, and them too - they all did so well and I'm so proud!

.Holday? WAT?.

Yeah so as part of my 21st, my mum is taking me to Rome! Woooooo 8D going veeerrry early on the 29th of July, coming back on the 2nd of August Dream holiday tho. Or one of them, in any case, and I can't freakin wait!

More updates soon~ Regarding stuff like LFCC and whatnot, but for now... I must go sew my own costumes, and my 3 commissions x'D

London MCM Expo

Okay so I AM, as per usual, attending London MCM this weekend. My costumes are mostly unfinished (though two are just in need of finishing touches, really) but I'm sure I can manage. I have an exam the morning before I head off to London though, so obviously it's busy times full of revision and then sewing/armour crafting/wig styling when I have a spare moment.

Cosplay Lineup is as follows:

Friday Afternoon: Elliot Nightray, Pandora Hearts (with the lovely Valdrein as Leo <3)
Saturday Morning/Early Afternoon: Flame Princess, Adventure Time (with a wonderful group, including a Finn MsKitty77, Marceline sparrowhawk51, Princess Bubblegum xRosiex81, and Jake flawlesscheese <3)
Saturday Late Afternoon/Evening: Juno, Assassin's Creed Series (with mah home-gurl Minerva sparrowhawk51 ;D)
Sunday: Suki, Avatar: TLA (with my Ty-Lee MsKitty77, Mai sparrowhawk51, Azula xRosiex81 and Zuko Jae3, woopwoop!)

Elliot is obviously done as he's a rewear, Flame Princess is so close to finished I can almost taste victory, Juno is much the same, but Suki has fallen behind somewhat... none of her outfit is difficult, though, so I imagine she'll be done very quickly once I get a move on! I always have time to finish bits in the hotel room considering she's not needed until sunday

Birthday

Oh god I'm getting old. Sunday of expo will, like saturday of expo last year, be my birthday... and not just any birthday, oh no... my 21st.

Dayyyum. Time flies, eh? Feels like only a couple of weeks ago that I hit twenty x'D

Alas no major celebrations until after my final ever exam next wednesday, but after that I'm going home for family celebrations, then returning to uni for a mass of 'farewell' partying. Should be good 8D
